Paul Frederick Foster (March 25, 1889 – January 30, 1972) was an American naval officer. He was born in the Wichita, Kansas, and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1911. He received the Medal of Honor for actions at the United States occupation of Veracruz, 1914. Foster left the Navy from 1929–1941, when he was recalled by President Franklin D. Roosevelt for World War II service. He retired from the Navy in 1946 as a Vice Admiral. ==Medal of Honor citation== Rank and organization: Ensign Organization: U.S. Navy Born: Wichita, Kans.
